This summer I was moving to the Netherlands from Switzerland for work. Everyone who ever had to move countries knows how stressful it gets, and the things you have to take care of are countless. She anticipated my needs and made sure that my move to Groningen is going smoothly, and that there are no delays in my settling in. And trust me, one should not underestimate how difficult it is to figure everything out in a new country, leave alone finding a new nice flat in a very competitive rental market. Aside from being extremely efficient and professional, Monique is very pleasant in personal communication, and it’s always nice to see a friendly face upon arrival.
